Q: How fast can you start?
A: Most clients can be onboarded within 3–7 business days, depending on access to your platform and your hiring volume.

 

Q: What do you need from us to begin?
A: We’ll need your main point of contact, your onboarding steps, start dates, and access to your HR platform (ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity). We’ll also confirm who should receive drug test updates/results.

 

Q: How quickly can drug tests be scheduled?
A: Scheduling depends on candidate availability and location. Through our partner platform with US Drug Test Centers, we can typically schedule quickly and provide clear status updates along the way.

 

Q: Who receives drug test results?
A: Results are routed to your designated authorized recipient based on your instructions and process.

 

Q: Do you store drug test results?
A: We focus on coordination and status tracking. If results must be stored, we follow your secure process and limit access.

 

Q: Do you complete or “sign off” on the I-9?
A: We can coordinate the workflow and track completion inside your platform, but the employer remains responsible for final review, attestation, and compliance decisions.

 

Q: Do you offer E-Verify?
A: Not at this time. We may add it later for clients who require it.

 

Q: What exactly do you do—and what don’t you do?
A: We manage onboarding coordination, follow-ups, document tracking, and drug test scheduling/status updates. We do not provide legal advice or make employer compliance decisions.

Q: Do you perform the drug tests?
A: Testing is completed through our partner network (US Drug Test Centers) or your preferred lab/TPA. HLS manages coordination, tracking, and status reporting.

 

Q: Do you act as our TPA?
A: We coordinate and track. If you have a TPA, we work with them. If you don’t, we can coordinate through our partner network.
